• One, lower prices since we don't have the overhead of a storefront.
• Two, I speak in layman's terms that anyone can understand. You can bet I'm going to try to impress you, but it will be by doing a good job at what YOU want, not by using a bunch of language and buzzwords no one understands but us geeks. When you talk to your friends about the service you got here, I want you to understand enough about it that those friends of yours let me solve their computer problems too!
• Three, I'm not one to beat around the bush. If your hard drive is no longer going to function as anything except a paperweight, I'll let you know you need a new hard drive. On the other hand, if your hard drive is not ready to meet it's maker, I'm not going to try to sell you another one.
• With websites, if you want bright pink letters on a yellow background, I will make it for you. I will cringe while doing it, and I will let you know in advance that no one will be able to read it once it's done. I will also make sure you get ALL the credit for the color scheme.
